        in 2000, the Center founded Beijing Xinghai Audio & Visual Art Service Company for processing of recording tapes, production and sales of blank tapes, cutting of tapes and so on. The Company is in possession  of advanced digital high-speed dubbing production lines for the whole process from the production of mother tape to the completion of finished products.
